Shipping Policy

Services we offer-

We offer UPS ground shipping on items up to 48 lbs and up to size of 50" x 24" x 24".

All orders unless requested will ship to the delivery address provided at checkout. Orders shipping LTL freight

will ship with following requirements: Lift gate required, deliver appointment, and 1 hour call before delivery. Once delivery information is obtained you will be emailed carrier information, delivery date, cost of shipping and tracking information.

Local Delivery-

We offer local delivery up to 150 miles of our facility. Must have a qualified minimum order. Please contact me

via phone or email and we will discuss delivery rates at that time. Rates vary if other customers place order and delivery can be made to more than one location. We try to keep delivery rates as low as possible for our customers.

Return Policy

Please contact me immediately via phone or email if any item you order did not meet your satisfaction or was damaged during transit. Any item that was delivered damaged or did not meet your standards will be replaced immediately. If item was shipped via UPS ground, LTL or in house delivery, Wooden Solutions will pay for shipping to have items replaced and they will be shipped same day. Please remember to take pictures of damages and send in email.
